I had to take my 2005 truck (about 66,000 miles) to a dealership to get a recall done. They came out and said a whole bunch of stuff was wrong and needed fixing. I told them to fix just the recall and nothing else. They objected, but I insisted they fix only the recall. You don't get that kind of pressure at Gibbs Garage and I really appreciate that. We were having a problem with the A/C having low airflow. Everything checked out as far as freon levels and the hoses. Dustin even did a pressure test but everything checked out. He was aware of a service bulletin stating that sometimes the recirculation door was sticking for some vehicles similar to ours but out model was not included. Knowing that the bulletin existed he checked for that and found the problem was occurring on out truck. I don't know what other repair shops would have done, but I was thrilled that Dustin stuck with it until he found the problem. - Angela B.
