We were having a problem with the A/C having low airflow. Everything checked out as far as freon levels and the hoses. Dustin even did a pressure test but everything checked out. He was aware of a service bulletin stating that sometimes the recirculation door was sticking for some vehicles similar to ours but out model was not included. Knowing that the bulletin existed he checked for that and found the problem was occurring on out truck.
